Summary
After the Chitauri attacked New York and the Avengers first assembled, Annie was hired to assist them with PR and damage control. 14 years later, two months after Valentina has announced her own team of Avengers, she's asked to return to her old place of work to help clean up the images of New York's newest team of heroes.
Takes place over the course of one year, after the events of Thunderbolts* up until its' mid-credit scene.

Takes place after What If...? S2E2. Regardless of the mixed opinions around What If...?, I liked the idea of exploring what Bucky might do if he left HYDRA at an earlier time rather than after meeting Steve during The Winter Soldier, this is my imaging of how his story could continue after that storyline.
