He's just starting to think he could use something to interrupt his peaceful days, when chaos comes knocking on his door. As in, Kaeya Alberich. And he can't walk. And he doesn't seem to recognize him.
What could go wrong?

Nothing about the war had left him in a good state mentally and he knew that the case was the same with most if not all of the citizens in Natlan. War left its marks on everyone, made a victim of any whom it touched and Aether was no exception. He would never forget the horrors he’d seen, all the people and Saurian’s he had seen die and all the destruction he failed to prevent.

“Of course. I was about to brew some for myself. Please, take a seat. I won’t be long,” says Wriothesley as he gestures towards the couch.
The Iudex merely takes a few steps before he stumbles and drops his cane. Wriothesley sees him about to collapse and he hurries to his side, catching him in his arms just in time.
“Neuvillette!!” exclaims Wriothesley in a panic.
His panic only grows when he realizes that Neuvillette passed out. “Shit. Fuck,” seethes Wriothesley.

A few vases sprinkled here and there, filling the room with a sickeningly sweet scent – even a waffle-cone headrest framing the silken sheets of a neatly-tucked bed. Outside, the golden sun gleams, the gentle rays of light spilling past curtains that waver in the afternoon breeze.

There are the usual invitations to events—accept this one, politely decline that one. A particularly fancy envelope contains a follow up from the Rose Festival. One of the young men in his circles sent a request for a letter of recommendation, which Edmond is more than happy to provide. He sets it aside to properly address it later.
He smiles at the fat envelope full of handmade birthday cards and drawings from the children at the Temple. He must remember to thank Father Olivine and schedule a visit. For now, he spends a few peaceful moments looking through everything.
Edmond tucks the packet into his desk drawer and absently picks up the next letter at the top of the pile. When he sees the handwriting, his blood runs cold.

Edmond has a stalker. Instead of seeking help, he hides it and tries to solve the problem on his own. Good thing there are people who have his back no matter what. With a little help from Edmond’s knights, it’s Eiden to the rescue (in more ways than one).

Summary
The thing about panic attacks is that you never see them coming. If you are prone to them, the smallest thing can trigger them. And even then, for those who aren’t prone, it could take a simple straw to crush the weight of mental stability and plummet you down into endless anxiety and panic. Of course, Eiden was not immune to panic attacks.

Kuya could fix this. He was a powerful yokai capable of destroying any who dare cross his path. Something as simple as waking Eiden from this essence induced slumber would be no problem at all.
