Frog Borogoves knows dragons, she knows the harsh bite of war, and she knows that she is far from home. Home is no longer defined, not when everything is gone, not when Sornieth is some far-off planet that doesn’t exist here. Twisted Wonderland is so different, devoid of familiar dragon clans, lacking so many races that she knows. While the people here are different, she thinks that maybe there’s a chance to find a new home, one not war-torn and disappearing by the day. However, the white moon remains by itself in the nearly starless night. Sornieth has two moons, so why is it that this sky holds only one that seldom shows itself from behind those darkening clouds?

The water was red like rusted iron. It tasted of nothing and felt cold on his skin. Ji Hakho couldn't breathe beneath the all-encompassing water, and he couldn't escape Na Baekjin's haunting shadow, even in his final dream.
Or, I had a dream that Ji Hakho was drowning in rust-red water and sees Na Baekjin's silhouette in a red, red dreamscape. Hakho never wakes up in this dream of mine.
Listened to Honeywell by clem turner, Above the Salt by Portair & VÉRITÉ, and Black by The Soft Moon while writing this, if anyone (no one) cares.

Illuga moved, his body having made the decision even though his conscious mind hadn’t caught up yet. He pushed Flins out of the way and felt the lance stab him in the heart through his back.
Strange, how that was almost painless. Perhaps his brain simply didn’t catch up yet. Perhaps it simply blocked away the pain. Either way, it was a small mercy. Slamming into the sand was hilariously more painful than the stab itself.Illuga took up an attack that would have injured Flins, nearly dying in the process because of the Abyssal corruption that took over. Flins refused to let that happen, even if the method to save Illuga wasn’t something he was proud of.
