Summary
An apartment building is being constructed on the opposite street of “Nelson, Murdock and Page”. That's how Matt develops a crush on the voice of Frank Castle, the site manager. Certain that nothing will come of it, Matt waits for the moment when the building will be complete and Frank will leave the neighborhood, hoping for his infatuation with the voice to vanish as well. It turns out that Matt is wrong when he has to seek Frank's help one night.

Summary
Death is usually the end. Finality. That's kind of the definition of it.
And falling several stories toward concrete usually meant death. Timothy Drake had certainly assumed as much in the final seconds before he hit the sidewalk at terminal velocity.
But Tim should have realized that, given the complexity of his life, his death would never be that cut and dry.
Enter: a severed head, ten missing months, and an immortal cult leader.
A little less simple. And for some reason, Jason Todd seems to have some answers to his missing months and the violent urge that curdles beneath his skin.

An AU where Tim was imprisoned by Black Mask for most of his adolescence, trained to be his successor. His reintroduction to Gotham - and to Gotham's vigilantes - could go a little smoother. At least enough of his morality sticks around that he can probably consider himself safe from being a supervillain.
Though he isn't quite sure he qualifies for "superhero," either.

He’d tried everything he could think of to get Bruce and Alfred’s attention since he became a ghost. But even physically floating through their bodies hadn’t elicited a response.
She laughed. “Crazy, ain’t it? I don’t know if he’s a meta or what, but all the ghosts are talking about him.”
If there was someone out there who could see ghosts… then maybe…
Jason had to find him. “Who is he?”
“He’s known by many names… Veil Walker… Reaper… Half-Pint.”
Jason sputtered. “Half-Pint??”
“That’s the wildest shit. It’s a kid. Like a middle schooler.” Delilah threw out one of her hands. “And he’s out here wandering Gotham every night and chatting up the dead.”
Jason could only stare at her. Processing. A kid who could see ghosts... What was this? The Sixth Sense: Gotham edition??

Summary
Placed together by random dorming assignment, Bruce, Clark and Barry could not have been more different. Forced to endure Bruce’s endless parade of one night stands, Clark is convinced that his annoyance has absolutely nothing to do with just how attractive his least favorite roommate happens to be. And even though Bruce finds Clark’s small town charm annoying- they strike up an easy repertoire, despite their differences.
As their lives become more entwined, they begin to appreciate their different- yet somewhat shared- experiences, and fall into a friendship that neither one of them expected. But when they both find themselves in steady relationships, they both begin to experience unexpected jealousy and unease that pushes them back towards one another.
A DC Grad School AU in Alternating Perspectives, inspired by the song Maps by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
