What if Xisuma was hurt? What if he needed help?
Midway through Hermitcraft Season 3, Xisuma gets dreadfully sick. Hypno, Cleo, and False drop by to check on him, and start to unweave a carefully maintained web of secrets.(Working title was "X's Very Strange, Very Bad Day" and I just feel like that needs to be preserved somehow.)

His head bounced off the earth and his shoulder screamed with pain. The red sky swam, his empty lungs wheezing on nothing for a few paralyzing seconds. Boots squelched on sodden grass, footfalls approaching, but Etho couldn’t force his limbs to move.
The shortspear was gone. His hands burned where it had been.
…Gods, he was about to die.

Summary
Joe had been talking about an upcoming meteor shower for weeks, and a few of them had decided to turn it into an event. Hypno had spent a while teaching Xisuma how to turn off mob spawning, as many lights had been stripped from the nearby area as possible, and it was so dark out that Xisuma could barely even see the shadows of his friends scattered alongside the hillside.
The spawning setting would objectively hold, but he still wasn’t sure he trusted it.
It's nearing the end of Hermitcraft Season 2, the stars are beautiful, Xisuma is still brand new to being an admin, and the people he cares about are so close yet so far away.[Can be read fully standalone!]
