Despite it being over four years since the death of Hotguy, Scar still lives day-to-day with the damage from the incident, unable to work through the trauma from the systemic abuse of the hero committee due to his glorification of his Hotguy days. Looking up, Gem noticed that she’d reached the summit of the mountain. Looking around, she saw that it plateaued at the top, creating a small grassy surface, complete with a tiny pond and a few trees and bushes. She plopped down on the grass, realizing that her legs were aching.
She reached into her backpack and pulled out a sleeping bag and a fishing rod, which she cast into the nearby pond. Almost immediately, she felt a tug on the line. She reeled it in and found she’d caught a large cod.
As Gem examined the fish’s gaping mouth, she felt a strange twinge of familiarity. Where had she seen a face like that before? The obvious answer was Jimmy the Codfather, but that didn’t feel right.
Or, Gem got an invitation to join something called Hermitcraft with her friend Pearl. Also, she keeps getting weird flickers of déjà vu.

Grian goes missing during his time in the Evolution SMP. Mumbo is left with no idea of what happened to his boyfriend. A year after his last contact with Grian, he arrives on the Hermitcraft server in critical condition, and for some reason, with wings that Mumbo is 90% sure weren’t there before. What’s more is he refuses to talk about what happened. It only gets worse after a portion of the server goes missing, with Grian seemingly being the only one who remembers anything about it. And who knows what the hell is going on with Scar?

Summary
During the end of Hermitcraft Season 8, Evil Xisuma has been banned, and it was made sure he couldn't follow the Hermits to Season 9. These precautions, however, were not taken for Season 10. And so, Evil X returns. Or does he?
Being exposed to the void for so long has taken his memories, and he barely knows what is happening around him. Some of the Hermits decide to let him stay, in hopes that by starting on a (mostly) clean slate, he can become a good person.
