Latin; a dead language with no practical applications except perhaps the deciphering of old texts and as a particularly quaint party trick.
Thankfully, as Harry finds out, Latin is not as dead as he was first taught when he decided to learn the language. It wouldn't have mattered anyway, of course; he loved Latin, and would have been proud to know it even had it been as useless as it was pretty. But in the world of Wizards, the world of Magic, Harry realizes his rare talent with words is particularly valuable, and allows him to use magic that no one's ever heard of, that no one's ever seen. But as time goes on, and he becomes more and more entangled in the webs spun by those around him, he starts to realize just how deep the magical rabbit hole goes and how dangerous power like his can be.
All Harry had ever wanted was for the world to make sense.

"Fine. You know what?" Yukina stood up, wiping the tears off of her face with her sleeve. "I'm sick of them always pushing us around or tiptoeing around us like we'll lash out at any second." Hitoshi looked up, eyes full of confusion and awe. Izuku sniffled, watching her in bafflement.
"If they want villains, we'll give them villains." She snapped, meeting Hitoshi's eyes. He hesitated a bit, but nodded. "If they want cripples, we'll give them cripples." She hissed, smiling at Izuku.
With a steely gaze, she turned to stand in front of their view of the setting sun, grinning wildly at them both.
"We'll take down those heroes who step on people like us, consider us the riffraff of society. We'll do it publicly, tear down everything they hold dear." Izuku's eyes widened, but, thinking of what just occurred, he nodded along with Hitoshi.
"Then, at the height of it all, when they've fallen into despair and think they've got nothing more to lose, we'll topple it all." Hitoshi's eyes widened- just what was she thinking of that would destroy their society as a whole?
"Buckle up, boys. We're in for a hell of a ride."

Summary
For each person, there’s another holding the other half of your soul. It was foretold in the legends after all, that a soul was split into two and each half given to a human. And they always find one another, in each and every lifetime. But sometimes, when a soul breaks, the connection is lost.
Harry is born with the ability to see souls and their connections to one another. In a world, ravaged by Voldemort's takeover and dictatorship, it's hard to take advantage of this ability since no one in power would ever listen to him. But it soon becomes evident that his ability to see souls may be the one thing to save Voldemort from his horcruxes and thus, Wizarding society as a whole from the incoming threat of the Muggles.
