All Toga Neito could do was copy others.
When Toga Himiko told her new baby brother, "Hi.", his words were the same.
When she ran outside in the cold rain, he ran outside too.
When they both got their quirk he tried to copy hers.
When Himiko had a tummy ache and skipped school Neito magically had one too.
They were inseparable.
So when Toga Himiko became a killer he wanted to do the same.
So when Monoma Neito changed his name he never stopped looking for her.Eventually they moved but Neito kept copying. He copied the other kid's jokes. He copied the other kid's quirks, but to them he was creepy, he was the Boogeyman who hid in the shadows and stole the quirks of others.
Itsuka Kendo was never one for bullying so when she saw Neito walking around like a lost duckling she let him follow her. Together they became almost as inseparable as Neito had been with his sister. Almost. Because Toga Himiko was still out there and Toga Neito was still looking for her.

Underneath that there’s a figure of a man with bulging muscles, riding a dinosaur.
“He’s got a cowboy hat, Joel. Maybe he’s from Texas, too. Is he a friend of yours?” Ellie asks, her eyes glinting mischievously.
Joel rolls his eyes. “No.”
“You know who he is though, right?”
Joel hesitates just long enough for Ellie to catch on. The kid is like a bloodhound sometimes, with the way she can sniff out things to tease him about.
“I knew it! Who is it? It says here he’s the ultimate human.” She opens the book and reads from it with a dramatic voice she reserves for her most obnoxious puns. “When the zombie apocalypse starts, Chuck Norris doesn’t try to survive. The zombies try to survive Chuck Norris.”
Joel groans but the sound is drowned out by her giggling.
