Pip turned to Lucien and ruffled her feathers a little as if acknowledging his presence, although this did nothing to draw Gale's attention. His gaze was fixed on something on the wall, an uncharacteristically sombre and distant expression on his face. He looked…lonely.

Drawing closer, Lucien followed his gaze to a poster with the smiling face of the captain plastered in the middle. Tear-off tabs lined the bottom of the poster with only one ripped off in the middle, and the text across the top was bold and clear:
'KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT AVALLUM? TALK TO GALE GALLEON!'
