It’s always hard for alphas to coexist in close quarters, but Leigh seemed hell-bent on making the experience miserable for the only other alpha in apartment 33
It started with innocuous scenting of the common space, but when it escalated to Leigh smearing her nasty scent all over Hellen’s couch, she had gone too far.
Hellen had to show Leigh who the real head alpha of apartment 33 was.
Aka Hellen’s and Leigh fight over the couch and fuck nasty, with significant overlap between the two.

Summary
The Lernaean Hydra (Ancient Greek: Λερναῖα ὕδρα, romanized: Lernaîa Húdrā), more often known simply as the Hydra, is a serpentine monster in Greek and Roman mythology. The Hydra possessed many heads, the exact number of which varies according to the source. Later versions of the Hydra story add a regeneration feature to the monster: for every head chopped off, the Hydra would regrow two heads. To prevent this, as Heracles severed each mortal head, Iolaus was set to the task of cauterizing the fresh wounds so that no new heads would emerge.
Or, alternatively: A peek into the moment when Harriet begins seeing Jeanne less like a monster, and more like the neighbor she never properly got to know.

Basically fake dating but with lesbians. (To clarify, I don't want any Marius-bashing. He just misread some signals.)"
“Hullo everyone,” says Marius, who doesn’t seem to realise that Combeferre was in the middle of speaking. “This is Cosette. She’s really interested in some of the group’s ideas.”
Éponine can see from the little glances everyone’s shooting each other that she’s not the only one wondering what exactly ‘the group’s ideas’ sound like when they’ve passed through the Marius Pontmercy filter. There’s a distinct possibility that the new girl is dangerously bananas.
One thing that’s more of a distinct reality is that the new girl is dangerously beautiful.

The smoke was visible long before the train was. Eponine stood from her crouch and let her cigarette fall from her fingers, grinding the stub beneath the heel of her boot. She pulled up her bandana over her face and jammed her hat firmly over her head, ensuring her hair was safely tucked away. Beside her, Enjolras did the same.
“You ready?” she said.
"Are you?" he asked.
Without another word, Eponine swung herself up into the saddle. “Stick to the plan this time,” she said. “You get the baggage carriage and the safe, I’ll get the passengers. In and out, before Patron-Minette even knows we were here. I am not patching you up if you get shot again.”
Eponine and Enjolras are outlaws, robbing the rich and redistributing the wealth to the town of Les Amis. Grantaire and Cosette are new in town. In Enjolras's opinion, everything was going fine until they showed up.

"How do you know Nonagesimus has gone somewhere dangerous?" asked Isaac. "Have you wired some kind of alert system?"
"It's, uh. It's on the schedule," said Gideon. "I just... forgot. Because of the bread."
Nobody was convinced by this, least of all Gideon.
"It's a Ninth House thing," Gideon went on, backing away with increasing desperation. This was a slightly more plausible explanation, if only because nobody wanted to look too closely at what fell under the awful skeletal-ribbed and rotting umbrella of Ninth House things. "Gotta go—!" And she was out the door, gone.
But it wasn't a Ninth House thing, except inasmuch as it was happening to the only two representatives of the noble and decrepit Ninth House on this quite literally godforsaken rock. Gideon knew Harrow had gone somewhere dangerous—knew that Harrow was back in the lab where they had only just completed a horrible trial—because she could see it, clear as day: an awful overlay on her vision of that terrible dangerous room and a pair of terrible dangerous hands drawing some kind of ward next to the plinth.
The hands were definitely Harrow's.
This was definitely a problem.

And there lay the source of all of her problems: handwritten in a script so neat and precise it could have been printed, Harrowhark Nonagesimus. And everyone knew that Gideon and Harrow hated each other.
So what if they had started taking smoke breaks together? So what if Harrow had helped her fold shirts just last week, in a store she didn’t even work in? So what if Harrow had laughed as the two of them did Jagerbombs at Palamedes’ Halloween party, the glint of her fake fangs flashing invitingly in the orange party lights? They hated each other. The two of them would both work in the mall until one of them inevitably strangled the other with her bare hands, and Gideon wouldn’t have it any other way.
Except that lately, Gideon had started to like Harrow.
Which made that slip of paper a fucking problem.
