Her group has been considerate of this lately, so today Toya decides to invite her out to the arcade to serve as a distraction from everything. As they hang out, An manages to work through some of her old memories of Nagi there, and even create new ones with Toya which are just as bright.

Kanade gazes at Mizuki’s sleeping face gently, letting a small giggle out. “She must have had a lot of fun, being able to sleep so peacefully.”
Mizuki falls asleep after her birthday pajama party with everyone in the Sekai. Though, her sleep is not dreamless, and she finds herself reflecting on her journey so far, along with her own middle school self. Which, in all honesty, she found wasn't such a bad thing.
