“No,” The man replied plainly, glaring at the screen while he slipped on the boots.

“No,” Dream answered, keeping his voice steady so he couldn’t be misheard. That was the last thing he wanted right now. “Do not call for assistance. I can fix this,”

Normally he would read, or listen to his records, or plan his next broadcast, or go for a wander in the bayou. But with things as they were, he found he was quite exhausting his interest for such diversions during the day. So he wandered in the shadows, half-corporeal and only half-cognizant, flitting from room to room like a hummingbird starving to death among shrivelled flowers.
That was how he came to see Angel Dust kicking the front door open at 2:32 in the morning.

Debbie Addams nee Jellinsky did not die, instead, she decided to stay with Fester and start a family in between episodes of arson and murder attempts on her doting hisband. They had one kid before she decided she didn't want any more. That kid just so happened to be one Stefano Fester Addams, or as we know him, Steve Harrington.
The three move into their new home in Hawkins Indiana just as Steve is about to start middle school, and Steve, being the black sheep of the family, decides he wants to stay in Hawkins for a while and indulge in his deviancies of wanting to make some friends and play in team sports. His loving parents decide to leave him to it for a while while taking their 37th honeymoon to the Bermuda Triangle. Only the never come back. Steve knows they are still alive, as they haven't responded to any of the family seances, so he decided to live it up and lean into his deviancy by becoming popular, being a sports star, and date nice normal girls.
He is starting to get bored though. Thankfully Hawkins is a little more kooky, and dare I say it, Spooky than he'd first thought, and he finally gets to indulge in some family bonding time while hunting monsters.

Luna folds her hands on her lap. She looks proper and adjusted despite her singed clothes, the soot and dirt and other questionable stains Prompto is having an utter headache thinking about. There is blood splattered on her cheekbones. Wisely, he does not ask. Noctis, per usual, looks like he’s gone through a train wreck five times.
Prompto is calm. If there’s one thing he’s good at, it’s the waiting game. He could sit there for hours until one of them cracked and spilled—and they would. Noctis’s expression spasms when Prompto stares in his direction.
“It’s all Luna’s fault,” says Noctis. Luna’s composure dwindles, and she sputters in a way that’s decidedly as un-Oracle-like as possible.

Summary
Sephiroth finally manages to escape JENOVA's control after one of his many deaths at the hands of Cloud Strife. Determined to make things right he tries to swim further into the life-stream so that JENOVA can't revive him. The Planet has different ideas.
Now ten years old, Sephiroth is determined to take down JENOVA and all the corruption in SHINRA before everything that went wrong in the last timeline occurs. Unfortunately he is short, young, and alone. In order to get access to SHINRA's files and still escape Hojo's clutches young Sephiroth makes an alliance with a Turk who agrees to help him take out JENOVA. Now with access to SHINRA and the chance to breathe Sephiroth begins to make more plans. He is determined to save Angeal and Genesis this time around, and he intends to train Cloud so that he has a back up plan in case JENOVA takes control of him again.
Pragmatic and self-sacrificing to a fault, Sephiroth finds himself unable to avoid the found family, or his friends despite his best efforts to the contrary. Will he be able to defeat JENOVA, save his friends, and the world, or will he fail...again...
