“Mr.Strange… ” Peter had a sympathetic look in his eyes and Strange hated it. It wasn’t his life that was being destroyed, so why was Peter looking at him like the victim.
“Listen, I can send you somewhere there is no Peter Parker. There are an infinite number of universes, I can find one.” Strange said, more to himself than to Peter. And he knew this was dark magic, he knew he shouldn’t, but he didn’t care.
“I’ll send you there. Until I can fix this. Until I can bring you back.”
Or: Dr. Strange sends Peter to an alt universe where there are no Avengers, but they do have a thing called a Justice League. And sure Peter is homeless, but that doesn't stop him from being Spider-Man.

Getting kidnapped was one thing. But getting kidnapped alongside Tony Stark, Bucky Barnes, and Steve Rogers? That was a whole other shitfest entirely. Sure, part of Peter couldn't deny how freakin' cool it was that he was sitting alongside some of Earth's mightiest heroes, but the other, less optimistic part of Peter was starting to realise how he was in more trouble than he could possibly imagine.

He often dreaded what people would think if they found out how weak their hero was. If they found out he couldn’t even fight off a drunken, pathetic middle aged man. What would Mr. Stark say? He would probably be disgusted. He would probably want nothing to do with him. Peter wouldn’t want to do anything with himself either. Little tranny boys aren’t exactly anyone’s first choice and Peter was worse than that. He was basically a whore, except he wasn’t good enough to be payed- he wasn’t good enough to even eat. His body was so mutilated, so repulsive, so female that it would never be good enough. He would never be good enough.

This story has no happy ending. Peter knows this.
Happy endings died when his sister did.
Happy endings died the first time he attempted suicide.
Happy endings died when his Aunt and Uncle kicked him out.
Happy endings died the first time his parents hit him.
Happy endings died when he was four years old, and he saw that shadow in his doorway. That shadow still follows him to this day.
Peter believes that if he takes the brunt of everything bad in the world, it means no one else will suffer. He's got it. He can handle it. Other people can't, which is why the universe put all the bad things onto him.
What happens when Peter begins to believe that he deserves it?

*Basically it's my take of Hydra/Red Room Peter*
Peter Parker has been living in his own personal Hell for his whole life. He was born in a prison cell and experimented on by his own father like a lab rat until he was 3. That’s when they decided to kill both his parents.
After that, Hydra gave him to the Red Room, to make the perfect Assassin, a better spy than even The Black Widow.
At age 15 though, something happens that changes Peter’s life forever. He retaliates against his superiors and makes a break for America, where he can hopefully hide out and live the rest of his life in peace.
With his luck though, that’s never gonna happen...
