It’s exactly as he had imagined it. The dress was inspired by something he worn by a woman on the cover of a Dick Mullen novel Harry had left lying around. Not quite disco, but Kim had thought that Harry would probably enjoy dressing like one of the dames instead of the detective. And it was, for once, easy for him to visualize Harry in her place, in her curve-hugging blue dress – the woman in the illustration had long, wavy brown hair and green eyes, not dissimilar to Harry’s own.
