You’ve got your work cut out for you, but it’s more than worth it.
Now, if only you could figure out this pesky little hex you’ve got going on that’s making your chest feel all funny at the strangest of times, that would be great. It’s not like you can just avoid Tim until then—not when it seems to act up even worse when you’re alone—and especially not when he seems to be getting cursed even more frequently than usual.
If only he would just tell you what’s going on rather than coming to you for each and every magical problem he’s practically running head-first into these days. (You were a truly pitiful soul to have ever believed that this man had a sense of self-preservation. Sometimes, you wonder if he’s become convinced over the years that you’re a replacement for it—and you may as well be, at this point.)

“Hey,” the next tug on the blanket was sharper, as was Dick’s voice. When he got the blanket down enough to see Tim’s face, he raised an eyebrow, repeating, “You told someone you were coming, right?”
