That is the only worth that the other piglins had for him,Techno could destroy protrals while they could not.
They told him that is the purpose why they keep him alive.

The purpled portals were his target.
If the humans did not throw any of use to them,techno would destroy the portal.
A new portal appeared a few days ago,the piglins saw no use for it and have traded a good amount of gold for its destroment.
Never had he imagined to find a little human come from one of them.
