Leo takes in a sharp breath. “You want me to hit you.” It’s not a question, more of a dazed statement, like Leo needs a second to process Dibu’s words.
“Yes.” Dibu swallows. “I want you to hurt me. To use me and- and… call me names,” he whispers.
Leo closes his eyes, his mouth pressed in a thin line, his nostrils flaring. His nails dig slightly into his shoulder. “You want me to wreck you. To take you apart with my hands and my words. You want me to push you down and hold you there and dismantle you and be harsh and cruel and vicious.”
Dibu’s breath catches in his chest. Yes. That’s exactly what he wants. He nods jerkily. “Yes, please,” he breathes.
Leo leans down and kisses him, deep and fast and hot.
“Yes,” he whispers when he pulls back, and Dibu feels like there are fireworks going off in his brain.

He throws up when he kills Felix, could have faked it if he wanted to, but he doesn’t. Maybe he’s trying to purge them from his body, rinse it of warmth and hope and serotonin. Maybe he’s trying to save Felix by proxy, one last Freudian slip when he knows he still could, if he wanted to, but he doesn’t.
Oliver feeds himself to guilt muscle by muscle; it spits him back out, puts him together a little different. His scalp itches where he feels the horns growing in, permanent.

Summary
It’s well past midnight, one of the rare times when Saltburn actually rests. From dawn until dark, there are always people bustling about the grand house, straightening curtains, turning down bedcovers, polishing the already sparkling silver. When Saltburn is finally his, Oliver plans to kick them all out and allow a few well-earned cobwebs. He can just picture himself, dancing naked through the halls, the curtains pinned back and the sunlight illuminating his flesh and swirling motes of dust.
For now, Saltburn is occupied, but quiet. Oliver is in his night clothes. The stone floor is cold beneath his knees. He’s got Farleigh bent over the sideboard at the bottom of the Red Staircase, hands braced on either side, back arched, brown skin stretched beautifully over the sharp knobs of his spine. Oliver reaches up, runs his fingers down the line of it, watches with fascination as Farleigh shivers, breaks out in goosebumps.
