Izuku’s heart pounds, and his breaths begin to shorten. If this is nothing, why is he so scared? If this is nothing, why is he starting to hyperventilate? He makes the turn into the kitchen, quiet now. His voice is a whisper, but still loud as a shout in the stale quiet of the house. Nothing cooking. No one walking.
“Mom…”
He looks up.
He looks down.Time stops.
Death is a very simple thing. It's an every day occurrence, practically a chore. But when Midoriya Inko is mysteriously murdered, Izuku is thrust immediately into the care of his new homeroom teacher and his husband. and suddenly, one death changes the world.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya has a very powerful Quirk. One that was all about nature. Because of that, he had grown to enjoy the company of plants and animals more than he did people. He was often made fun of for how he preferred nature to people, which only served to make him dislike people even more. But, despite that, Izuku wanted to be a hero more than anything.
Being a hero would give him the biggest chance he had to be an advocate for protecting nature and getting to help people. It helped that he had a large brain to match his big heart. Despite his dislike of people, he had a main hobby of analyzing Quirks. He kept journals with him for his notes about Quirks. Eventually, Izuku gains the attention of the one and only principal of UA, Nezu. The only known animal to have a Quirk. Nezu had learned of Izuku, his Quirk analyzing, and his love of nature. He grew interested in the young man and decided to get to know him.
Let's see how the journey of our favorite young hero hopeful changes when he both has a Quirk and a slightly chaotic mentor.
I do not own MHA or any of its characters. I do have an OC who will be a main character. Another character, Hikari, was created by my AMAZING friend, EmeraldCake101.
