(Very short little taster chapter)Arthur woke up in a cold sweat, jolting awake to the sound of Dutch and Molly arguing in the room beside him, the thin wall allowing for Molly's voice to travel into his room enough for Arthur to hear the desperation hid in her voice. "Goddamnit, already?" He mumbled as he pulled himself up from the weathered mattress. Slowly Arthur dressed himself, buttoning his trousers and slipping into his black shirt. It was evening but in the business of vampire hunting it was best to adjust yourself to their timetable so for the gang the setting sun was what the rising was to most.

A semi-famous photographer has been confirmed to visit the West Elizabeth National Park to put together a gallery in attempts to bring awareness to the land and its animals. Arthur might just have to best guide experience of his life with one Albert Mason.

Summary
There are a few rules that are common sense. The kind of rules that are drilled into one's mind from such a young age, that to go against them is so utterly stupid that it's incomprehensible. Don't talk to strangers, you might get robbed blind; look both ways when crossing a road because getting hit by horse or wagon was not a good start to the day; don't eat or drink weird things you find in the wilderness, because it might be poisoned and you might die. Simple things. Things Arthur had been taught before he even met Dutch and Hosea. Hell, at thirty six years of age, some might think he carried a bit of common sense with him. Apparently not.
Arthur decides to eat a strange looking stew he finds in the middle of nowhere. It’s no surprise that it messes with his head, but all of a sudden he’s in 2025. Oh, and he has a husband now.

Albert knew what Mr. Morgan was, knew it even before a he had a name to the face -having seen him live it out before he even had the chance to take his first steps into Saint Denis- and yet, the outlaw had shown himself a great contradiction, being a gentle soul in toughened skin. A buck with mighty antlers and gruesome velvet, grinding hooves against the ground, bearing quiet eyes overcast with savage fight.

Summary
When Arthur realized who it was, he wasted no time in standing up from the bushes and calling out "You planin' on making some fishes real happy Mr. Mason, or are you just taking a swim?"
"Mr. Morgan?!" Albert called out to him, a small smile creeping its way onto his lips.
"In the flesh." Arthur called back as he walked in long strides up to the drenched man, offering him a hand when he was close enough which Albert took with no hesitation. And without much effort, Albert was back on his feet. Taking a step back to create some space between them as his grip on his hat seemed to toughen.
"Say, what has captured your artistic eye this time? Bluegill?"
Arthur slowly begins to realize that he has grown quite fond of the silly photographer and doesn't know how to deal with those emotions. Struggling with internal conflict about his sexuality and the underlying pressure of his obligations to the gang, he feels like he's stuck in a dilemma, one he can't navigate on his own. Then as Albert's feelings towards him become apparent, he has to choose between standing firm or indulging in a sin he never knew he would be tempted by.

After Albert Mason nearly stumbles to his death on the overlook, he decides he needs a drink. After Arthur helps him up, he decides he's not quite done helping the clumsy photographer quite yet. They find each other, one more time before Albert leaves for good. This time, he's determined to make up for everything he's done for him.

"Mr. Morgan?" Albert felt a smile of his own stretch over his lips, his body growing slack against the tree as all the stress and tension wore him out, fatigue trembling in his limps.
Arthur nodded, briefly chewing on his bottom lip. "Good t'see you again, thought y'wouldn't recognize me for a second." He chuckled softly, the sound trailing off and fading into nothing as his eyes fell down to his scarlet red hands and thigh, his gaze hardening almost in an instant. "Are y'hurt?" He got closer, pushing Albert's hands away to see what he was dealing with.
Albert, being as lucky as always, is without a horse in the dead of night in Bayou Nwa, Lemoyne, and on top of that, he's utterly lost. Though miraculously and just in the nick of time, a certain cowboy stumbles upon him and saves him from the mess he has gotten himself into, at a small price of course.

(This is an on going work)
This is the story of how Josiah Trelawny joined the Dutch Vanderlinde Gang and his long and passionate relationship with Arthur Morgan. I based this off of how I and many others feel there is a lot of secret queer communication in the game, especially from characters like Josiah Trelawny. A lot of things from his dialogue is left in mystery. Stuff which Arthur always seems to understand. So what if some of Arthur and Josiah’s interactions in the game play were coded talk referring to more private moments. A long building love story unfolds.
This story will eventually run past Ch. 6 of the game itself. High Honor. -
