“You have somethin’ that belongs to me.” Captain Fenrir Greyback’s gruff voice boomed across the wide gap between the two ships.
It sent an odd shiver down Remus’s spine.“Ah, First Mate Fenrir, a good day to you too!”, Sirius taunted loudly with a grin as he caught The Wolf’s gangplank in one hand and held it up, preventing Greyback’s crew from boarding the Marauder, “How are you?”
Greyback snarled at Sirius, “It’s Captain now.”
“Is it? And your mother?”
“I don’t ‘ave time for your antics.”
“Well, unfortunately for you, I do. Wife? Children? All well?” Sirius’s tone became more and more entertained with Greyback’s obvious growing frustration. His smile was absolutely giddy.
“Enough of this! You kidnapped my slave!”
“Yes I know- Wait, slave?”
Greyback grunted, and Sirius peeked over his shoulder at Remus. “I thought you were a crew member.”
He looked at Greyback incredulously, “You came after me for a slave?”
“Well, unlike others, I don’t let dirty pirates get away with stealin’ anythin’ of mine, so hand over the boy or we’re goin’ to ‘ave ourselves a problem.”
