Hesitantly, he presses a trembling hand to the glass.
The entire universe is spread out underneath his finger tips, hundreds upon hundreds of stars swirling in constellations he doesn't know, a melting pot of dazzling colors, vivid pinks and deep blues, swatches of yellow and green.
If he squints, he can make out planets. Tiny little dots, hardly bigger than the nail on his pinky finger. That little grey one must be Lestea, the trade moon they just left, but the others? he has no idea.
One of them must be earth. How ironic is that he's the first human to ever leave the Milky Way Galaxy, and all he wants to do is go back home?
(In other words; After rescuing Tommy, sbi and co. embark on a roadtrip through the Esempi Galaxy to return him to his home planet, Earth. They make a few pit stops, piss off some shopkeepers, make some strange friends, and learn how to be family along the way)

Tommy Watson is sixteen years old and completely blind. (Well, he has some light perception in his left eye, but he feels that hardly counts.) After being adopted at age seven, he’s grown up the only non-powered person in a family of superheroes.
At sixteen years old, Tommy Craft is the youngest prince of the Antarctic Empire. He and his family are the last full-blooded avians, and he’s always been proud of his heritage and golden plumage.
Sixteen-year-old Tommy Innit has been surviving on his own for as long as he can remember. He’s an araneo, a species known for having four eyes and six arms. He dreams of being able to leave his planet and explore the stars.
Tommy Watson shouldn’t have been in his dad’s technology lab. Tommy Craft should have known better than to pick up unknown magical artifacts. Tommy Innit is suddenly stuck hiding two weirdoes who have his face and speak an alien language from planetary authorities. No one is happy about this.

“Look, Wilbur," Technoblade started. "I don’t know what kind of situation you pulled Tommy out of and, frankly, it’s none of my business. But Tommy seems happy here. Don’t do yourself the disservice of thinking that has nothing to do with you.”
Wilbur didn’t say anything. He and Tommy were alike in that way: Doubt was built into their bones.
“I couldn’t do what you’re doing, Wilbur. Most people probably couldn’t.”
“They could.” Wilbur sounded so certain. “For Tommy, they could.”
“But have they?”
That question seemed to take Wilbur out at the knees. “They should have,” he said fiercely.
“They should have,” Technoblade agreed. “But a lot of people have let Tommy down.” He squeezed the nape of Wilbur’s neck and the kid leaned into it, his head falling towards Technoblade’s shoulder. “They’ve let you down too.”
Wilbur was quiet.
“Tommy didn’t deserve it. I think we can both agree on that." Technoblade’s voice was soft above Wilbur’s head. "Can we agree on something else too?”
Wilbur hummed unsteadily.
“You didn’t deserve it either.”

well not alone anymore, he's got this really small adorable looking alien now! and he's in too deep, he's already sworn his life to the guy.
Tommy picks up alien friends left and right to slowly work his way around space to survive. His hell through space does not prevent the affection that his heart still retains and he slowly begins to heal the scars that have been formed from being treated like an experiment, an animal.
now if only he could talk to them.

Techno slammed his fists against the transparent wall of his prison, trying his best to break it down. His captors backed up, whistling anxiously to each other.
He gave the barrier another loud crack, delightedly watching as they scrambled away in abject terror.
Nodding in satisfaction, he turned around to meet the eyes of two other prisoners that had been thrown into his cell.
He froze.
Right.
There were now aliens in his cell.
And he probably just scared the hell out of them.
Or: Humans are a dangerous race feared by all on an intergalactic scale. Techno, a human ex-soldier that was abducted by aliens 18 months ago, is biding his time in captivity.
This changes when two young aliens are sent into his cell to die.

Techno tenses slowly, reluctantly confirming by nodding, (behind him, Wilbur is sending multiple telepathic apologies that Technoblade doesn’t seem to receive.) Phil smiles wide.
“So what does it mean?” Phil asks softly, and whatever turmoil Techno had faced before is gone now, relaxing as he smiles and says “Wilbur has a sibling.”

It was a fairly normal move that the brothers had used before and Tommy expected Techno to fall onto his back and slide across the floor.
He didn’t not expect to send him flying across the floor and through the glass windows on the other side of the room for him to roll across the patio and green grass lawn.
“Holy shit,” Tommy muttered under his breath, staring at his brother’s immobile body before his eyes sharply glanced down to look at the golden boots on his feet. “Maybe I should have used Knockback I, on second thought.”⋅˙⭑・˙⋅✦⋅˙・⭑˙⋅
The five times Tommy does something impossible and the one time he proves it to be nothing more than improbable.
But Ender-be-damned is it fun to watch the surprise on his friends and family's faces when he does something that breaks the known laws of the universe. Then again, what did you expect from the gremlin child named Tommy Innit?⋅˙⭑・˙⋅✦⋅˙・⭑˙⋅

Looking up he finds a blond-haired man hovering over his face with a worried, anxious look that quickly turning to relief when their eyes meet. Royal blue meeting a greyish blue. “Hey mate.” The stranger greets with a smile, his voice much clearer than before, “You awake?”
As a reply, Tommy lets out a short wheeze, trying to give the man a look that reads ‘what do you think?’.
“Yeah, silly question.” The man responds with a light-hearted chuckle. “It’s okay though, we’ll get you out of here and help you get better.” He explains, gesturing towards someone that seemed to be out of Tommy’s eyesight.

For most of his life, Tommy spent his days serving a tyrant king due to his magical potential. However, after another kingdom declares war and the king tries to steal his magic in a desperate act to win, he's sent into a deep sleep unable to wake up until his magic returns.
Decades later a king and his two sons find a secret room heavily sealed off with magic. Found family ensues.

“I can turn straw into gold,” a child insists. His face is smeared with dirt, tears dried and sticky on his cheeks, but his iris’ are the color of the sky and his hands are clenched into fists. The other kids laugh at him and kick more dirt up at his small body, sneer, and tear into him with cruel words.
“Gold?” a porcelain smiley-faced figure questions, kneeling before the child and offering out a hand. His face is hidden, his voice is dripping with amusement and greed, but Tommy takes the hand of the first person that has listened since his parents died.
“He can spin straw into gold?” the emperor questions, a great being with wings of smoke and death and eyes as cold as ice. His twin sons laugh like a funny joke has been told, identical pairs of tusks gleaming in the light of the throne room, and a challenge is set.
Three days. A room of straw.
A story that will be spoken about for eons.

Phil is a house flipper who buys an old allegedly haunted house once owned by the Soot family. He's fixed up plenty of "haunted" houses before and doesn't think this one will be much different. Yet, as more and more strange happenings revolving around the bedroom of a long dead boy interrupt his renovations, he has to grapple with the fact that his new house might just be actually haunted.
Maybe?
(In which Phil is that one horror movie dad character who found his fixer upper "dream house." Except he doesn't have a kid (yet) and he somehow manages to switch the genre halfway through to found family via Dad Energy^TM.)
