Obediently, they both knelt at the lakeside and carefully placed the flowers into the water. At first, they merely bobbed in the water pathetically. However, after a few seconds, the garlands began to drift towards one another, the soft petals bumping and brushing against each other the closer and closer they became until they tangled together.
“Oi, your bloody garland is mangling mine!”

Potter uncapped the small tub of ketchup, completing the display and looking quite proud of himself. "Can't remember the last time someone sat down with me for one of these taste tests. It's almost exciting, even with the present company."

Let me assure you that my rooms have hardly been the hotbed of seduction that the papers have alleged! Harry is very solicitous and concerned about my degree. The wizard spends all his time encouraging me to study, making me tea and working hard on his charity.

It’s rather surreal to stand behind the curtain which has been charmed to act as a sort of one-way mirror and watch the action in the room without being seen.

His attention immediately zeros in on Jake who is slowly descending from the ceiling as a discrete Fumos pours fog onto the stage, disguising Mystique’s ascent from a trap door under the stage. Harry can’t tell if the multicoloured smoke is being changed by magic or the lights, but it’s casting an enticing image—Phoenix, a fallen angel, and Mystique, a demon, coming together in a forbidden dance of passion.
