Mugman has dealt with a lot.
With a brother like Cuphead combined with the fact that he worked at the Devil's Casino of all places as a waiter meant that he had to deal with the ridiculous shenanigans, his coworkers brought along. And he had gotten many phone calls from the police regarding those shenanigans since they were often illegal.
He got the most phone calls after King Dice.
So he wasn't exactly surprised when his phone rang to reveal his brother's contact number when he finished his shift and was in the middle of sweeping up the floor.

Or rather a blonde vampire claiming to be the Coven head; Philza. Philza talks to Techno unlike any vampire Techno has even heard or seen before. Claiming to want to become friends. Neighbors should be on good terms after all.
Techno lets the vampire walk and talk with him.
Techno keeps his pup hidden, not trusting the vampire despite the friendly demeanor. Refusing to change from his wolf form. He had long forgotten human speech anyway. Then one day, Philza starts acting strange.
Techno’s den is attack by vampires. And Techno will once again have to live up to his Fighting Ring name that he thought he had left behind in bloody paw prints. “I can take much more pain than you ever could, bitch!” Prism raised an eyebrow at Flambae as he stomped up to Robert like a child. “I’ve got fuckin’ powers, I’m naturally stronger, faster, and better than you, Mecha-bitch.”
Robert could feel the heat rolling off of Flambae’s body, drying his skin out where it touched him. He doesn’t quit with his rep as he turned, keeping count in his head as his deadpan expression locked onto the fiery superhuman.
“Wanna bet?” Flambae and Prism both perk up a little, Prism pulling her phone out and typing rapidly. Robert swapped the weight and started working on the other arm, ignoring the way his shoulder protested with a straight face.
