Summary
Rina was a young woman who died at age something of who-knows/remembers-what and ended up being reborn to another world. A previously fictional world. She lived, she gained another self, she made friends and a makeshift family for herself, she changed history for the better, and died without regrets this time.
That was the beginning. Then she was born again somewhere else and the cycle begins anew.
With her 'first-self' at her side she is reborn into a bunch of different places and comes to terms with this unique form of immortality, gaining new abilities and two siblings as eternal as herself along the way.

They pulled Tsuna gently but firmly away from Nana’s side, murmuring soft assurances to her as they led him into another room. Cut off from her comforting presence, he was left entirely at their mercy.
The tall man closed the door behind them with a theatrical sweep, while the old man took a deliberate step toward Tsuna.
He smiled again, but his eyes were so cold this time they seemed to almost frost over.
He raised his left hand, one finger extended. A flame flickered to life at its tip. The flame looked hot, but the sensation he felt when it touched his skin was colder than ice. A sharp, cutting thing that gnawed rather than burned. The flames tried to push inside Tsuna’s skin, and for the first time in months something inside him jolted awake.
