Summary
Akane Tendou has just the previous day been introduced to Ranma, an arranged fiancé with a curse to occasionally turn into a brash redheaded girl whom she does NOT want to marry, and she is trying in vain to cope with all the indignities of her station. Out of a clear orange-colored sky, she suddenly receives a call from her beloved Doctor Tofu in which he reveals that he's just found a redheaded woman laying outside his clinic with a very serious head injury.
This woman turns out to be none other than Ranma... herself? Stranded twenty years in her past and badly hurt, Akane takes it upon herself to help 'Ranko' recuperate from her injuries, ingratiate her with the Tendou family, and reconcile the MANY accumulated differences between her current fiancé and the woman he's adamant that he won't become.
But can Akane find a way to send Ranko back to her time? Are they doomed to repeat history? And why does Akane keep getting eerily accurate flashes of foresight around her future wife?

Summary
Ranma is in trouble, life is starting to get difficult, and the only safe thing to do is to get on a train and then walk all the way out to a quiet little dojo in the middle of Nerima, purely in the hopes that someone can possibly help.
Ranma was -not- expecting getting in the door to go quite so easily, or for life to get so very messy immediately afterward.
