Bruce gets hit in battle, forgets everything about being Batman, and adopts the entire personality and characteristics of his idiotic playboy persona. To get his memories back, someone has to get rather intimate with him.
And really, Clark is the only one for the task.

With this new development of reading in bed instead of in the batcave, he has found out that Clark has developed a new habit: Clinging onto Bruce like cling wrap with his head lying on Bruce's chest. It was similar to how their position was when Clark wanted to hear his heartbeat when he was depowered.
Clark would inch closer to Bruce when Bruce is in bed, and then make his attack. Bruce never makes a sound when he finds a new weight on his chest and a pair of arms around his waist, already used to it after six months of dating Clark, with two living together.
(Yes, Bruce Wayne has been in a relationship for more than three months. The media definitely had a field day, which Dick laughed at as his father proved them wrong, that he could have a relationship beyond the honeymoon month. Surprise, surprise.)
