Summary

Tsunade walked around the desk and sat directly next to Iruka, turning both of their chairs with a casually powerful grasp. In the end they were facing each other, not the desk. He tried and failed to hold her gaze. She reached out and tipped his chin up, forcing him to look at her again. Another hit landed. This time it came from Iruka's left. It felt like it must have shattered bone, ribs grinding against each other in his chest, and Iruka bit his tongue almost until it bled to keep from crying out.
“Tell me, Iruka-sensei,” Tsunade said. “How long, exactly, have you been feeling Hatake Kakashi’s emotions?"

Squinting, Harry thinks it looks like a ferret, but before he can confirm anything, the creature scrambles from the table and makes a mad dash for the space under the door. A quick swish and flick lifts the thing into the air and floats it closer. Harry reaches for his glasses and the darkness around him sharpens slightly and, yes, that is definitely a ferret. Pure white with dark, beady eyes. The closer the ferret comes, the louder it squeaks and chirps in what can only be described as anger.

Draco is missing and no one seems to care. There’s also a very prissy ferret that Harry can swear he recognizes. Are these two facts connected? Of course they are.
