Stolas’s stomach dropped.
Every single photo on Blitzo‘s wall had his face marked out of it, successfully blotching Blitzo out of sight from his loved ones - his little employees, his daughter, and one other imp that Stolas had no recollection of, but could only assume held some sort of significance to Blitzo.
Glancing in disbelief at the silent, shaking figure on the couch, Stolas clutched his heart in contemplation. He took a nervous breath as something inside him decided it was most important to say something else.
Anything else.

Summary
After failing to grasp the Star from the 46th scenario, Yoo Joonghyuk finds a different way to tie Kim Dokja to his side: a sub-scenario with a failure penalty of temporarily binding the participating incarnations' hands together. The penalty will only last a few days, but even this much is satisfying, especially after the years that Kim Dokja was gone.
Kim Dokja is just sick of everyone trying to babysit him, even if it's a bastard with a pretty face like Yoo Joonghyuk.

There is a pattern to Shadow Milk shifting forms.
Pure Vanilla started mapping it to better expect when he'd find a snake in his closet, or a porcupine on his chair.
It always comes back to perception; or Shadow Milks want to not be perceived at all.
While his beast loved his theatrics and ached desperately for his attention, did not he want others to perceive him. His time as the Fount, both a profound breach of personal boundaries and intense isolation, left his dear beast's emotional processing absolutely destroyed.
So he changed his form.

There was a Night Fury standing in front of him, living, breathing, and growling as she stood protectively in front of Shadow Milk, the Beast he had shot down during an attack on his kingdom.
One Light Fury had managed to survive the old hunts, Pure Vanilla had freed her himself, cradling the fledgling gently in his arms. Listening to the endling Fury cry as he stepped out of the cage filled with broken eggs and old bones, carrying her over the bodies of the hunters who had taken her.
Supposedly, no Night Fury had been so lucky.
The proof of his incorrect assumption was standing right in front of him, downed at his hand and loyal to his greatest enemy, one of the very Beasts who had been trying to destroy everything the Ancients stood to protect.
Despite it, he couldn't help but be intrigued. He wanted to heal the injured dragon, he wanted to learn about it, he wanted Orchid to have a friend of her own kind, and strangest of all he found himself strangely drawn to Shadow Milk himself.

Summary
Pure Vanilla visits White Lily to talk about his growing feelings for Shadow Milk. She doesn't understand but if he was willing to stand up to all of them and give the Beast a chance to change then she supposes she has no other choice but to support him. Unfortunately for them, her faerie subjects get the wrong idea of why the two Ancients are meeting more frequently and decide to take matters into their own hands.
A potion to bring forth hidden affections given to the one cookie that has some form of love for every single person he's ever known means now White Lily has to try and keep an increasingly cuddly Pure Vanilla from embarrassing himself in front of everyone he crosses paths with. And when Shadow Milk shows up, she needs to keep him from making a mistake that may just drive the jester away for good.
Pure Vanilla is lucky she's always been good at figuring out spell craft... and with an extremely reluctant Shadow Milk's help, maybe they can break this lovestruck haze that her friend is trapped in.

Shadow turned slowly, trying to keep half an eye on Dark. He didn't like the guy one bit. There was just something…off about him.
But when he turned around, all other thoughts left his mind. Because lit by a flickering brazier behind him, just like the others in the circle, was Link.
