Such a condition causes a mother figure to feel intense disassociation, lack of empathy, inability to bond with child, and far more intense reactions that could put the child in harm's way.
What if Victor Frankenstein had the opposite reaction?
What if he found what many mothers found. Joy, relief, happiness, and a feeling of satisfaction.
