Summary
“Brah! Brah!” We’re the words screamed at Brad as soon as he opened the door of his family home. And from down the long hallway, toddled his younger brother, Brent.
Brad immediately dropped to his knees, signaling Brent to run into a sprint, jumping into Brad’s arms. Once the toddler was secured, Brad spun in two quick circles. Brent squealed in that pure joy only young children could achieve.
Brad kissed Brent’s hair as they came to a stop. “Hey buddy! I missed you!”
“But I missed you more!” Brad couldn’t see it, but he’s spent enough time around Brent to know he was pouting.
“I’m pretty sure I missed you the most!” Because even if Brad could put into words how Brent was the one thing keeping him going, he couldn’t put that on a toddler.
“But I missed you the mostest!” Brent insisted.

There are 1,378 recorded soulbond types. These range from being able to share dreams with your soulmate(s), sharing a lock of hair, or even having their name(s) tattooed on your wrist.
Lloyd Garmadon is the unlucky bastard to be connected to his soulmate via echoing pain and matching scars. (It is as if the Cloud Kingdom is laughing at him). He just hopes his soulmate won’t hate him too badly for everything he’s put them through.
Brad always dreamed of meeting his soulmate. Whoever they are, they must have the worst luck in the world because they always seem to get caught in the crossfire of whatever disaster was happening this week. Brad doesn’t really mind the phantom pain (The First knows how much pain he’s probably put his soulmate through). He just wishes that his soulmate would be more careful and let the Ninja handle it.

These two idiots literally met when they were toddlers and it takes them almost two decades to piece together who their soulmate is.

“So first, it was those annoying Ninja,” Harumi counted off four on her fingers, almost in a gloating manner, “then, those tiresome allies of yours that likely guarded the monastery,” She added four more, “Oh who is left?” She hummed to herself in faux-rumination.
She clapped her hands together what most would call joy as she walked towards the dangling cage. She smiled. “And last, but certainly not least, remember your precious little boyfriend Brad?”
The Ninja was pacing back and forth in his cell erratically, tearing at his hair until those words left Harumi’s mouth. But in an instant, all of his burning rage was dosed in frigid fear. “Don’t do this Harumi!” Lloyd shouted in desperation, clinging to the cell’s bars. “He’s innocent in all of this! Don’t punish him for my mistakes!”
“That is where you are wrong, Lloyd!” The former princess snapped, before she smirked to herself. “This isn’t a punishment. This is to awaken your true potential. Your birthright. What are a few sacrifices in the face of that?”

In which Harumi is upset Lloyd had moved on, Lloyd will never join her side no matter what, and Brad is caught in the crossfire

Summary
It always ends the same. Oyaji dies. The Whitebeards fall apart. Ace himself dies too, sometimes during Marineford, sometimes before, sometimes after. It doesn't matter what Ace does, how he acts, or his choices. If he joins the Whitebeards, they die for him. This time, Ace will make sure it's different. When they ask him to join them, he'll say no and leave as soon as they hit the next island. Simple, right? As if. Guess he'll have to convince them he's not worth their lives. Time travelling/looping Ace.

“That I am,” Jack said brightly, leaning against his staff as he grinned at Pitch. The Nightmare King seemed less than pleased to see him, but that was to be expected.
“And I suppose there is little I can do to make you leave?”
“Yep,” Jack confirmed, popping the ‘p’.
Pitch slumped wearily in his throne and began morosely cuddling Frederick Vincent Claudius Bill the Fourth, who seemed to be remarkably appreciative of the attention. There were a few moments of silence, punctuated by Frederick Vincent Claudius Bill the Fourth’s contented snuffling sounds.
“I’d ask why you’re here,” Pitch said suddenly, determinedly not looking up from where he was scratching behind the fox’s ears, “but I have a feeling the answer would only irritate me.”
“Probably.”
“Certainly, rather. So, of course, you’ll excuse me if I refuse to indulge in questioning your simpleminded inanities.”
“Ooooh, was that supposed to be a burn?”
