Katsuki gasped, sucking in air like a drowning man. Izuku ran to the kitchen, grabbed a glass of water, shoved it into Katsuki's shaking hands.
"Drink. Slowly. That's it."
Katsuki drank, eyes still wide and unfocused. When he finally lowered the glass, his voice came out hoarse: "You're what?"

Shouto wakes up in the hospital after the final battle is finally won. But at what costs? Where will his family go from here? Is Touya dead? Does he deserve to be dead? Does Shouto /want/ him to be dead? Shouto can always count on his best friend to be there for him, and he will be there in return for Izuku. After all, they’ve both been through so much.
TLDR this is my “fixing” of the MHA ending because there were a few things I was quite unsatisfied with. I know the Todoroki’s aren’t the main characters but my poor son needs more closure and I refuse to let Touya suffer to death in a tube being forced to talk to his dad. I also needed to let Izuku actually process all that crap he went through.
