It wouldn't be a miserable experience to stick around here for a while and cause a bit of havoc just because he can. He's already stirred up this world's police force in a way that promises to be pretty entertaining, and anyone who knows Kakashi knows he enjoys putting people on edge and flaunting his disrespect for etiquette and unimportant rules if they aren't direct orders.
But he also quite literally has a nation of his own to run, and it's not like he has any intention of dragging this out any longer than it has to. If all goes well, all Eri will remember is a night spent camping and playing with a dog. Easy, painless and trauma-free."
All does not go well, Shouta’s the one who has a miserable experience, and Eri remembers much more than a night spent camping and playing with a dog.

After a yakuza quirk accidentally summons Kakashi to BNHA just in time for him to save Eri during the Shie Hassaikai raid, Shouta has to deal with watching the shinobi until they can find a way to send him back.
