Summary
Tim's parents faked their deaths and fled the country years ago, but neglected to take him with them. He spent some time on the streets, and now at 16, he makes a living as a fortune teller, stalking and hustling the shit out of Gotham's elite by telling them eerily accurate fortunes based on the information he gathers about them.
His life is peculiar but he wouldn't change a thing. When he gets booked for the big Wayne Halloween party, however, he finds himself getting all tangled up with the Waynes, and the more fortunes he tells, the tighter the snare becomes.or: Tim just wanted to scam Gotham's elite, not end up on the Batfamily's watchlist. But it seems they just won't leave him alone..

All Tim wants is a cup of coffee, but his dear brother Dick insists on dragging him along to hunt a murderous and elusive Mothman that he claims is haunting Gotham City, specifically Crime Alley.
Tim doubts it’s really Mothman, seeing as West Virginia is very, very far away. But he gets sucked into the mystery all the same, because saying no to a determined Dick Grayson is about as easy as eating a chair with a pair of chopsticks. And besides, he's always been a sucker for a good conspiracy theory.
Alternatively: Mothman with a gun. Mothman take me by the gun? GlockMan? I think I’m losing it.

Jason stares at the hand. “Get. Out of. My face.”
“Cool, me too,” the kid says as if that made any fucking sense. “But also, there’s, like, a very large man with a weird Red Riding Hood thing going on pointing a gun at my face, so I’m calling this a teachable moment.”
“I don’t point guns at faces,” Jason says. He absolutely does. “I point them at kneecaps.”
The kid’s hand hovers in the air a second longer, then drops. He bounces on the balls of his feet, kinetic energy with a conscience. “So what’s your deal? Big red bucket, voice modulator set to ‘haunt my enemies,’ a fashionable assortment of weapons. Batman adjacent?”
“Batman distant,” Jason says. “And the deal is: you’re in my territory.”
“Oh. Sorry! I didn’t know territories were, like, a thing. Do you have a flag? I can make a flag. I’m very DIY when it comes to silk-based products.”
Jason racks the pistol and holsters it because if he doesn’t, he’s going to do something unhelpful, like shoot this idiot charmingly dead.

He hasn't seen or heard from Bruce in six years and the asshole is just going to pretend like they have nothing to say to one another. Or maybe he honestly thinks that Tony can't tell, doesn't know who exactly is behind the mask, and isn't that just completely insulting? Tony may not be cognizant enough to put one foot in front of the other with any consistency but his mind, even strapped into the hell's amusement park whirly-gig of benzodiazepines, is coherent enough to do basic math.
Tony will always know Bruce. That is the simplest equation in the world.
Tony Stark is absolutely NOT Batman's Lois Lane.

Summary
