in short, anran got TAKEN/abducted/recruited by talon instead of overwatch. vendetta, in her infinite wisdom (love vendetta sm you have no idea), assigns emre to look after the new recruit, and they do their best to make sure anran doesn’t feel like less of a person. this takes place prior to anran’s mastery of fire. i’m just doin’ shit because it sounds fun.
