Summary
Paroled and forbidden to do magic, Draco has very few choices. Three years after his sentencing he's surviving in the Muggle world by selling himself for food and drugs, but it's just about caught up with him, and so has the living tattoo he accidentally gave himself which occasionally seems to be trying to kill him. Neville Longbottom is in his last week as an Auror and getting ready to start a new life as a Hogwarts Assistant Professor, so he really could have done without one last assignment to chase down a rogue parolee with a deathwish. Little does he know, he might be the only one who can help Draco to turn his life around.

Neville sighs and leans back, placing his elbow on the back of the booth; he expected this.
“I’m not,” he responds.
His friends all stare at him, and it would be amusing to watch their faces if this were a joke, if it didn’t matter to him, but it does. He thinks he knows how they feel; if any of them had come telling him they were dating Draco Malfoy, and Neville had spent no time with him after the war, he would’ve reacted similarly.
“You’re joking ,” Harry repeats.

Summary

When Stiles goes into the preserve to investigate a string of murders, he and Derek are kidnapped by an unknown group and locked in a basement with no escape. Each night brings new suffering, and each day they have only each other.
The two will have to learn how to lean on one another to keep their sanity intact, and they’ll have to work together to escape.
Too bad they annoy the shit out of each other.

"Stop fucking saying that," Geralt says, and maybe he is angry at Jaskier - not for the injury, never that, but for the idea that Geralt would consider leaving him behind. For thinking even for a second that Jaskier lying abandoned on a battlefield to die is a price Geralt could ever pay.
