Qimir always moved so elegantly until he shifted into brutal violence in a blink of an eye. He could kill any man or woman in this room, even perhaps Osha’s uncle. It would be an impressive fight, no doubt. Osha isn’t under the delusion that she could take Qimir in a hand to hand fight, but she has an advantage to exploit — their old sordid history. Her uncle, on the other hand, if he fully committed to the act, he could probably kill Qimir. But three times out of five, Osha suspects Qimir would come out on top.
Strange thing to think upon seeing her ex-fiancé after six years, but it lingers in her mind just from the way he moves through the church. Muscles coiled tight with tension, poised and ready to strike. He’s the next leader of the Rwoh crime syndicate for a reason. It comes with expectations and violent realities, and she’s sure he’s shaped up to fit it with brutal efficiency.
