Legundo is drunk as hell and deserting his position, haunted by the horrors he's committed. Louis and Owen are seemingly just as eager to jump onto a random moving train but while Louis is kind enough to let Legundo stay within their facade, Owen is not. Oh boy I hope there are no murderers on this train.

Doctor Legundo tries to calm his pounding heart as Owen leans over him from behind. One arm going over his shoulder, hand placed on his chest, pushing ever so slightly back, so Legs won’t lean forward on instinct. The other hand gently grabbing under his chin, holding his head up. Owen’s hands are so terribly cold.
Legs sucks in a breath when he feels Owen’s lips touch his skin, just above his unbuttoned shirt collar. Low enough to easily hide later. Owen’s lips linger for a moment, before they part, and a sharp stab of pain allows a quiet whimper to escape Legs’ mouth as teeth sink into his neck.

Doctor Legundo wants to help Owen, and he’s willing to do anything to keep nurturing the trust between them. Nightly visits, and quiet moments makes both the doctor and the vampire sure that they can fix the other.

His head throbbed, dull and mean behind his right eye. Every jostle of the streetcar sent another pulse of pain through his skull, like someone tightening a screw in slow, deliberate turns. The city's usual morning clatter—bells, wheels, voices—stabbed straight into the center of his brain like needles.
He shifted minutely in his seat, trying to breathe through it. A sharp ache lanced through his ribs, deep and stabbing.
Right, that too.
His suit coat concealed the worst of the bruising, but every bump in the track was a fresh reminder: the fight last night hadn't been clean. He'd won, yes, but the man had gotten his hits in.
Keep it together.
But his thoughts were starting to lag. Everything felt slow. Disconnected. It seemed his mind was three steps behind his body, and both were moving through molasses.

Jon and Martin wake up somewhere else - specifically back in 2016 before the Prentiss incident. Martin kneeling on top of Jon in the middle of the break room floor with a knife lodged in Jon's chest. Tim and Sasha are totally Freaked and think Martin just finally effing snapped.
Normally this is where the time travelers Jon and Martin would try to save everyone right? Yah well this isn't a time travel fix it. This is a time travel WTF even is this? Jon ends up in the hospital for his stab wound, Martin's in prison for attempted murder and ends up in a psychiatric hospital after ranting about the apocalypse. When Jon finally gets out he learns that Martin is trapped and has to break him out. Unfortunately he's back to his normal human body which didn't heal super well from his stabbing and he lacks his Beholding powers. He's trying to figure out how to use a wheelchair. He's also extremely high on pain killers from open heart surgery. No matter - he will rescue his Martin if it's the last thing he does.
Which, with his luck, it very well could be.
