“Well, Mr. Gonzalez, I suggest that you make sure that everyone is accounted for,” the Callistan Crusader said as he moved his hands and a handful of workers were spat out of the second floor onto the first, landing hard enough that one of them screamed with pain, although no one appeared to be irreversibly injured. “Or I will do significantly worse.”
“What do you want?” Alejandro asked again, his eyes not leaving the Callistan Crusader.
“My birthright,” the Callistan Crusader said.

Optimus reached out a hand, automatic. Megatron’s optics widened as he fell to one knee. “What have you done to me?!” he yelled at Optimus uselessly. He curled around his torso, as if to protect his spark. Then, he noticed the hand. “Stay the fuck away –”
Optinus looked at him, confused, afraid, until – of course. The conjunx endura bond. Hurting him, really hurting him, hurt Megatron, too.

But for some reason, I still haven’t.”
He reached out and gently brushed his digits against the Decepticon Insignia, his spark sinking at remembering how it had come to be. How they had come to be. He felt the powerful T-cog of Megatronus Prime whirring and shifting within his old friend’s chassis.
“Why haven’t I given up on you, Dee?” Optimus Prime asked himself under his breath.

“Somewhere,” Megatron helpfully replied. “Press button 4. My servo is busy with your aft.”
So it was. Optimus pressed button 4.

When Alpha Trion offered to buy it for him in exchange for helping at a newly opened bakery in Kaon, Orion reluctantly agreed. What he did not expect was for Megatronus, the famed champion of the Kaon pits, to become a regular customer.
Orion thought it would be harmless to leave a little extra, just a small treat.

Summary
He took a step towards the portal door fully intending to go in, but then paused. Maybe that wasn’t the best choice? He needed to save himself, but he could very well be losing one of the strongest allies he ever had besides his brother and mother. Which action would have the better long term outcome? Strategy was one of his strong suits and self preservation was usually his top priority, but there was a strong chance of death with either option.
Before he could change his mind again, the door shut. Well. He didn’t have much of a choice now, did he?
