Oh shit. He’s totally in.
Or, Izuku being the Number One Hero to the public, but a vigilante in actuality and people knowing virtually nothing about him. So, UA offers him a job to teach 3A, and also try and get the teen to have a support system and not go it alone because life at the top is lonely.

He soldiers on, sure that if he could ask his hero, he'd agree that whether or not one has a quirk doesn't matter; it's about putting your all into it, Plus Ultra style.
Except his hero doesn't say that. And he's pointed toward other options, better suited for people like him. And Izuku begins to wonder what the best route really is.

Be careful of where you leave your reading material, you might give the wrong idea.
UA has a traitor, and there's no idea who it could be, even after all this time. But one misplaced notebook from a certain quirkless student suddenly makes everything make sense. After all, how could a someone without power make it to a position to become the best, unless he had help from somewhere else? Somewhere that could make him look like a hero, while causing havoc and mayhem with his help?
Midoriya Izuku is a traitor, and he must be stopped. At least that's what they think.
