Ivan braced himself for the hits, for the feeling of Till’s hands on him in any way he could get them. He knew exactly how to push just enough buttons to trigger a response, he always had.
Which is why it had caught Ivan very much by surprise when instead of a punch to the gut or a door slammed in his face, Till had opened the door and blinked at him sleepily, before stepping to the side and opening the door wider. It was so unmistakably an invitation for Ivan to enter that he almost believed he was still dreaming. He must have been asleep or missed some cue again because this had not been any of the millions of possibilities running through his mind.

Or, Ivan's attempt to annoy Till with an early morning wake-up call gets him a much sweeter outcome than he ever could have prepared himself for.

He got thrown in aggressively, with Urak spitting something about him being a shitty excuse of a pet before the door was slammed shut, and Till was engulfed in darkness.

He doesn’t turn, but he does tune out the hawking of the merchants some more to hone in on the conversation. Phainon is fairly fit, though, he ponders, half amused and half bemused, as he picks up a pomegranate. Surely if anything, his arms are thicker than his face?

He picked it up and started to flip through it idly, out of curiosity and nothing more.
Then he almost dropped it out of his hands.
“On the Gold Coast, wheat fields ripple as if the wind dipped its hand through pools of gold. In the center of these fields lay Aedes Elysiae, one of the smallest coastal towns…”
His Deliver’s Aedes Elysiae!

How on earth did I miss this fic, oh my god. This was gorgeous.
The way you described his chest near the beginning was really beautiful, even if brief. It's was so gender euphoria for me.
I loved this fic. I loved how obsessed Phainon is written here. It's the kind I've been wanting for ages, and you captured it so well.
