Nyx gets roped into judging for a bet about whether Drautos and Cor are together by Tredd and decides to employ the scientific method to test it out, using himself as the "control". Of course shenanigans ensue.
And after all, the only difference between screwing around and science is writing it down. Somehow, Nyx manages to do both.

He was deceptively heavy for an overgrown stick-bug, all tight muscle under his baggy clothes. She hooked her arm behind his knees, pressing down hard to prevent him from kicking her in the face as she continued with the little forward momentum she still had. No time to listen to his protests or fight him on it. Get out. Get out. Get out.
