A heartbeat. Not a memory of one, but the actual thud of blood pulsing through veins. The sensation was so foreign after an eternity of nothingness that Wei Wuxian nearly panicked. Another beat followed, then another, steady and strong.
His eyelids felt impossibly heavy as he forced them open. Light—soft, golden dawn light—filtered through what appeared to be paper windows.
Confusion washed over him. This wasn't the void. This wasn't death. This was... somewhere.
Wei Wuxian remained perfectly still, cataloging the bizarre sensations assaulting him. The rise and fall of his chest as air moved in and out of lungs he shouldn't possess. The weight of a body that shouldn't exist.
OR, As death encroached upon Wei Wuxian at the hands and jaws of his own creations, Lan Wangji's face was the last vestige of light slipping away from his pained consciousness. The best human to have ever existed had met his gruesome end because of him—Wei Wuxian's gory and irredeemable legacy. Or is it, really?

They appeared to regard one another then Bruce turned to shake his head at Alfred.
“No.”
“‘No’?”
“No, I don’t have a good explanation.”
Alfred paused in thought. “Well.”Bruce is politely poked in the cheek by a flying dick one night. Hijinks, and more worldbuilding than you can shake a dick at, ensue.

Summary
When Via opens her eyes she has to blink several times to clear the spots out of her vision. She can make out the distant shapes of her father and his boyfriend, both of them furiously rubbing their eyes.
Loona is nowhere to be seen.
‘Did I do it?’ she thinks with a giddy sense of relief.
But then something small stumbles into her legs. She looks down and a hellhound pup with big, red eyes stares up at her.
Staring at the child, it takes Via way too long to realize what just happened even though the signs are all there. The familiar grayish fur, the spiked dog collar hanging loose around a thin neck, the band t-shirt almost falling off narrow shoulders and looking like a nightgown the way it flows past knees, the empty pants pooled around small ankles.
It takes way too long.
“Oh shit.”

A magical mishap turns Loona into a child for 24 hours. Not only does this give the hellhound the chance to experience a childhood she never had, it also allows Via to see a side of Blitzø she’s never noticed before and maybe even bring her and her own father closer again.

Summary
She pushes an old shirt to the side and softly hoots in surprise at what she has found.
An old film camera.
Via blinks in astonishment and carefully lifts it out of the box. The heavy weight is expected but it still manages to surprise her somehow. This is a really old model, vintage even! Via has never seen one like this in person, only ever in magazines or in old movies.
For a moment her heart drops because at a closer glance the camera looks broken. It's dirty and banged up and there are some weird markings all over the body. In some places the plastic looks almost like it has… melted?
She turns it in her hands and runs a finger over the lid of the film compartment. What looked like ordinary scratches are actually letters, deliberately carved into the surface, faded and barely legible.

Lucifer has tracked his movements; he has seen how he fills a room with dramatic flourishes and well-timed laugh tracks. He’s seen him squeeze shoulders and press his face close, coo at others with condescending head-pats and insulting taps to the tips of noses. The face Vaggie had made when Alastor bent over and kissed the back of her hand in a sick travesty of gentlemanly grace almost makes him laugh out loud at the memory. He covers up the sound with a small clearing of his throat. The pure, unadulterated disgust on her features was more than enough to ensure a repeat performance when she least expected it.
That’s what Alastor did it for. The reaction. The control.
Putting aside Niffty, there was only one other exception that he has noticed in his time at the hotel.
Himself.

He freezes when Jason's eyes snap up, and he stumbles back, widening the gap between them. Bruce doesn't try to approach him again, his heart in his throat.
"You're not my dad." Jason mumbles, and Bruce watches as the boy's pupils shrink, and he looks horrified at something Bruce can't see. He's staring right at him, but for some reason, it feels as though Jason is looking through him.
The words sting like acid, and Bruce ignores the crushing of his lungs, "I… okay. Okay Jason."
"No, no, Bruce." Jason sounds frantic, and he pulls at his hair, "You're not my dad. You're different."
(Bruce is late to patrol, Jason freaks out. And finally, they talk — better late than never, after all.)

La Lune fleurie qui donne des enfants est la plante ayant la plus grande fleur du monde souterrain de La Voie du Fier Démon Immortel, mesurant jusqu’à 3 mètres de hauteur !
Ses tentacules peuvent atteindre 6 mètres de long et dégagent des phéromones qui activent le système reproductif de la plupart des mammifères. Ils sont également très bons en salade.
La fleur se démarque par sa couleur vive, entre le violet et le jaune poussin, avec des motifs ressemblant à des petites croix de Malte.
Son odeur caractéristique est décrite comme acidulée, et provoque généralement au bout d'une heure après exposition une série de symptômes encourageant la procréation.

Bruce’s head snapped back with a soft, surprised oomph. He took one step backward, regaining his balance on one overly-smooth loafer as blood began to gush down his face.
Dick stared at him, unable to speak. Unable to look away as Bruce put a hand to his cheek, probing at the bloody gash like he’d never been hit in the face before. The hit he hadn’t seen coming.
