Garmadon had been slowly getting better with his son, something Wu was happy to see blossom once more, but now... he was clearly remembering something about Wu that he clearly didn't like and was avoiding him now.
Wu wouldn't let them be separated by bad memories after everything they went through, it was time for a talk.

Small changes have ripple effects that change the course of an entire universe. This one must be something that happened a long time ago that resulted in... this. Something during the war, probably. It’s as if it just kept going.”

Izuku, Ochako, Katsuki, Shouto, and Eijirou are sucked through a strange portal to an alternate timeline. Everything here is terrible and wrong. The war never ended. Instead of heroes vs villains, it's the stronghold city of 'Eden' and the self-proclaimed 'Serpents' trying to wake the population of the ruined city up to Eden's crimes against them.
In this world, it wasn't Shigaraki Tomura that inherited All for One, but Midoriya Izuku.
