He never did before, but it has been eleven years; maybe he finally wizened up, grew a backbone. Katsuki wouldn’t blame him. Might be proud, even.
But some things remain unaffected by the passage of time: The sun will always rise in the east. Flour, yeast, salt, and water will always make bread. And, evidently, Izuku Midoriya will always receive whatever Katsuki Bakugou is willing to give.
