    Summary

Anakin Skywalker, a feral, brilliant, half-mechanical trauma-powered demigod with attachment issues and a black market contact list longer than his war record. The back-alley legend, the one whose name is still whispered in the underworld with a mix of awe and fear. The one the Jedi couldn’t tame, could only point in a direction and pray. The Jedi taught him graceful lightsaber forms, but Watto’s yard taught him how to win a fight, when you’ve only got a rusted blade and a broken hand. You think Anakin doesn’t know how to grab someone by the jaw and bite? Please. He fights like he needs to win. Because he does NEED to.

    AKA

i need more unsocialised anakin - not weird and awkward anakin (bc we got that) no i mean anakin who grew up, as varrak says, in a life of skulduggery. i need more feral, uneducated, street smart, vicious and criminal anakin, who clawed his way from slave property to esteemed jedi knight - but never forgot where he came from - where he truly thrived.

    Summary

“What happened, Bant? I got the call…”

And hadn’t that been terrifying, his comm blaring in the dead of night with a message from Mace karking Windu himself that there was an emergency, Obi-Wan was in the Healer’s ward, and they needed him on Coruscant as fast as hyperspace allowed.

Padmé urged him into a ship as soon as he told her through panicked, hitched breathing, assuring him they’d be fine without him for a few days. The message rang in his ears the whole flight to Coruscant. Skywalker, but Force, he’d only seen Windu look shaken once before, and it was not an event Anakin liked to remember, You must know there is a chance he won’t make it.

    Summary

“You’re not a monster, Tommy.” Techno admonished, almost like he’s reading his mind, but coming up short, just a bit too close to the truth for his liking.

“I’m not,” Tommy agrees easily, finding his fists have settled around his own arms, digging nails into his skin, holding himself together as he unravels and whispers, “I’m just Tommy… and somehow that’s worse.”

    Summary

"It’s evening. Eight thirty-two p.m. The sun would be setting outside, washing the landscape in fiery colors that he hasn’t seen for weeks. Or months. He’d grieve, but the endless, empty void of limbo suits him better these days.

Tommy can’t count the times he’s done this. He wakes up, just as bloodsoaked as he was in death, and cradles the clock in his hands like it will save him.

Eleven thirty-five a.m., he read with an ache in his chest where a sword used to be.

Three eighteen p.m., he read with blurry eyes, vision still swimming from the phantom damage to his skull.

Five forty-nine a.m., he read after an eternity of trying to summon the strength to move his arm, white and pale as a sheet. Dream wanted to see just how much blood was in his body. Tommy doesn’t know the answer; he wasn’t awake long enough to see it through."

    OR:

Dream escapes Pandora's Vault and makes good on his promise to kill Tommy and revive him over and over and over and over and over--
