Summary
He used to be able to brush off Darius’s annoyed comments and Eber’s hostile growling before too, certain that they couldn’t dismiss the Golden Guard that easily. He doesn’t know how to navigate this change. Their relationship is not the same as it used to be, so he can’t act the same way he did back then.
