Shouto perked up at the words. “You know what, I think that might be correct. There’s a theory that says every choice you make results in a whole new universe. Small changes have ripple effects that change the course of an entire universe. This one must be something that happened a long time ago that resulted in... this. Something during the war, probably. It’s as if it just kept going.”

Izuku, Ochako, Katsuki, Shouto, and Eijirou are sucked through a strange portal to an alternate timeline. Everything here is terrible and wrong. The war never ended. Instead of heroes vs villains, it's the stronghold city of 'Eden' and the self-proclaimed 'Serpents' trying to wake the population of the ruined city up to Eden's crimes against them.
In this world, it wasn't Shigaraki Tomura that inherited All for One, but Midoriya Izuku.

Hisashi Midoriya is believed to be working overseas. He sends money monthly for the upkeep of his family but they haven't seen each other in a long time due to the nature of his work. His family hasn't complained, they are quite supportive. However, this was a cover. Hisashi is in fact in Japan forced to bear witness to the machinations of the man who took his body. All for One needed his quirk and apparently his body as well for well whatever evil master villains snatch others bodies for. Now barred from being in his body, he wanders as a soul, though not dead, waiting for the day, the villain would be vanquished, his body would return and he'd see his family again.

When Izuku is 13 years old he posts an analysis of a hero online. After that hero is killed using the points he had provided, well, everything changes. Izuku becomes a powerful figure online and then in person. He sees the world for what it truly is, and sees how he can fix it. He doesn't want to be a hero anymore.
When Izuku reaches highschool he changes the world. Izuku makes plans, meets new people and gains new allies, and takes on the biggest challanges he or anybody else have yet to face.
He is The Worthless Analyst, and his followers are the Worthless. But they won't stay that way for long.
