Summary
Taranza wants closure. Having heard about the altar and some vague rumors of the Jamba Heart, and being halfway to bringing back Sectonia himself, he's putting everything on the line for a chance to say goodbye. Unfortunately for him, that also means working with someone he never wanted to see again.
Magolor wants redemption. His only explanation for why he's here is some sort of miracle. Still he's gonna try to make up for what he's done, even if his past actions seem to constantly come back to haunt him. Kirby's the only one willing to trust him, which doesn't bode well for having to work with two others.
Susie wants to revive her father's company. She never agreed to be grouped up with two idiots who refuse to cooperate. But she has a job to do, and a goal to achieve, and working with these mages (at least for now) might be her only hope of doing so. And hey, business is all about negotiation.
With an uneasy alliance as Dream Friends, these three all come to the conclusion they have to at least tolerate each other if they want any chance at success. Unfortunately, all things considered, learning to do that is the first challenge.

He’d almost forgotten the loyalty he’d once felt for the kings of old until he saw it reflected in the Waddle Dee's face. There was no doubt she’d lay her life down without question for his sake. With the fierce determination blazing in her eyes, like she did not know fear, she looked more like a fellow Star Warrior than anyone he’d met since he’d seen the last die in front of him.
To inspire such loyalty even now, when the stars were dying and every man was out for himself… King Dedede must have been an impressive man indeed. He’d heard rumours, of course- a beast with the audacity to name himself a king was enough to entertain those who had the time to care about such petty things, but when ships that went to raid his land of dreams never came back, that was news enough that it even reached the Halberd. Most were mocking, of course- a penguin who took on a Wanyan name and acted like royalty for holding onto a small slice of a nowhere planet was sure to be seen as insane.
But so was a Knight who claimed to remember the fairy-tale days of the star-children, who talked about honour and chivalry like they were anything but cruel jokes.

Noelle Holiday has everything she could possibly need. Good grades, good friends, she even has time to sing at gigs occasionally. What else could she possibly want?
Or at least... that's what she thinks until she manages to stumble into not one but two people she's trying to vie for the affections of. The only problem is that they're both somehow in relationships already!
Kris doesn't really know who they are. At least their roommate's... fine, and their relationship's going somewhere. They're not quite sure where yet.
Things get a lot more confusing when their childhood best friend suddenly reappears in their life.
Susie is just trying to learn how to be a good partner. She's not really sure if she's any good at it, but she hasn't been broken up with yet so she's taking her wins!
Things have gotten a little more complicated though, since this really cute girl keeps showing up at her work.

Noelle and 9 other strangers wake up in cabin. Unsure how they got here, or how to escape.
Turns out, wanna-be game developer Specter decided at the last minute that it didn't want to use characters from Robloxia for its Dead by Daylight clone and instead kidnapped a bunch of people from different worlds for it.
Trapped in a realm where death has no meaning, can Noelle and the rest of the unfortunate folk trapped here can find a way to leave, or will they succumb to the game?
I made this fic as an excuse to get characters to interact with each other who otherwise wouldn't. Chose Forsaken, cause 1. I wanted all characters to stay instead of removing them one by one like a Danganronpa fangame or a voting off game, 2. I genuinely think Forsaken's world building has potential, even if I've fallen out of it a bit due to... everything surrounding it.

Then Dess went missing. Kris went quiet. Asriel left for college. Distance grew between friends.
Dess came back. Kris started to smile again. Noelle and Kris reconnected, and together, they survived high school.
College is going to be a new challenge all its own, but at least they're in it together, right?
...Then Noelle meets her new roommate, Susie, and things get a little more complicated.

And thus, the Three heroes must face another perilous journey as a fountain appears on the horizon, bringing imbalance once again to light and dark. Fields, charred by desperation, jealousy, and anger, burn bright in their eyes as they set off into the unknown darkness once more.
Another chapter in the Legend of Delta Rune...
(Mainly my interpretation of chapter 5, which will most likely be wrong, but screw it, I love this game.)
