Guillermo doesn't like horses, but he does like Nandor (in a friend kind of way, not in--well, not really friend-friend, more, you know, master and familiar, caring about, I mean, y'know). It's up to him to make sure that this time, the story has a happy ending.

The vampires get an invitation to the Vampire Masquerade, a masked costume ball that allows all the vampires in the area to come together. Guillermo, as Nandor's bodyguard, wants to go to protect him and the others, but he isn't a vampire and he doesn't know how to dance—so Nandor spends a romantic week teaching him to waltz, and when the time comes, Guillermo goes to the Masquerade pretending to be Nandor's boyfriend. Nandor is almost killed, and this causes both of their unspoken feelings to come to the surface.

Summary
This series is currently paused since I'm writing my first novel and want to focus on that project. I haven't forgotten about Washington and Lafayette and plan on returning to them in the future.
A series of short stories exploring the friendship of the Marquis de Lafayette and George Washington in the course of the American Revolution. Please note that every story is written in the intention of depicting their love as platonic.
All of my stories are based on historical facts and events (with some artistic license) around which I reconstructed how Lafayette, Washington and those who shared parts of their journey throughout the war could have felt and acted in certain situations. The stories can be read separately, although they do contain references to each other. I dream of publishing these stories as one coherent novel one day.Always open for suggestions and requests!
UPDATE OCTOBER '21: I removed "I will always return" from the series since it bothered me that it was historically inaccurate. The story can still be found in my works, just not in the series since I want it to be as close to the actual history as possible.

When a conversation around the campfire one night turns to the topic of dirty talk during sex, the knights proceed to try and outdo one another at it, yielding some truly hilarious attempts. Merlin's roped in after a fashion because the knights reckon it'd be golden to hear Merlin talking dirty, only Merlin turns out to have the filthiest mouth in their company, getting everyone squirming barely minutes into his session.
