Momo wasn't sure why it came as such a shock to her and her classmates that nitroglycerin was not, in fact, easy to control. The chemical was defined by it's instability, it's ability to go off under near any circumstances, it's powerful blows.
And yet, Katsuki had always made it look so simple. He soared through the air like it was nothing, switching between bullet-sized blasts and missile levels of firepower like most people switched channels on TV. Momo had found herself jealous of his quirk at times, unable to help wondering what it would be like to have such power at her fingertips.
Good news, she didn't have to wonder anymore. Bad news, it was absolutely terrible.

He also happens to just... not have a mom anymore. Something that apparently has contaminated him in the eyes of every single person in the school.
(Bakugou Katsuki loses his mother in a freak and tragic accident. All he can do is watch as everyone else in his life treats him like glass and wonders why he hasn't fallen apart yet.

Artem sighs in relief. That’s good. He did the right thing, this time.
“But can you tell me a little be about yourself?”
“About…” Artem slowly raises his head, confused. “...me?”
“Yes,” she nods. He still doesn’t understand, though.
“What do you mean?” Artem had filled out his personal information file days ago. Dr. Reyes has the PDF with his contact numbers, emails, occupation, blood type, address. So what does she...
“Well, for example, what do you enjoy doing? What are your hobbies?”
Artem blinks. “What?”
Dr. Reyes continues expounding, but each word makes less and less sense. “What are your likes? Your dislikes?”
“I don’t think that’s—” Something strange is sparking in his mind. Any further, and it’ll spread to the rest of him. “—important.”

She wants to kill him. It’s a horrible, awful thought. Debbie’s never wanted to murder anyone. But Nolan fooled her. He was her best friend, her husband, he was Omni-man and she was his pet. He tried to kill her son. She can’t even do anything about it. It never bothered her that Nolan could snap her right in half. She didn't think Nolan would snap anyone in half. Until he did.
